Intended for heavy-duty, all purpose air purification, the 5000 DX Air Purifier features an extra deep 3 1/2 in., 28 lb. carbon filter that absorbs more chemicals, gases, and odors than the standard purifier. The DX is the perfect purifier for the artist using heavy concentrations of oil paints, turpentine, adhesives, and solvents. The DX’s cylindrical shape maximizes air flow, and its casters provide for easy maneuverability. Its smart design and its quiet, three speed fan system also ensure that it won’t take up much space or make a lot of noise. The DX’s 18 gauge steel housing is powder coated and comes in a variety of colors: black, white, sandstone, and pewter. The 5000 DX comes with three filters: one carbon filter, one micro-HEPA filter, and one pre-filter.
